Barack Obama confesses love to Meryl Streep

The President of the United States, Barack Obama declared publicly that he is in love although not directly referring to Michelle Obama pointing out that the woman knew, said Monday afternoon.   

During the Awarding of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor of the nation, the president quoted saying, “I love Meryl Streep. Her husband knows I love her. Michelle knows I love her. There’s nothing they can do about it.”  

“She’s done it all for her craft. She even sung ABBA, referring to her participation in Mama Mia. That’s something,” the President added.

According to Jennifer Bendery, a Whitehouse reporter, Obama honored Meryl Streep by describing Meryl as one of the America’s leading ladies. Furthermore, Streep garnered an Oscar award by her role as Margaret Thatcher in “the Iron Lady” last 2012.

In addition, Obama acknowledged the Motown legend Stevie Wonder for his album “Talking Book” which he first purchased. Wonder was honored. Ethel Kennedy also received a plaque of appreciation for her devotion to her nation and Tom Brokaw was honored for being a dedicated and nation’s greatest journalist.

Other recipients of the Presidential Medal of Freedom include the economist Robert Solow and the longest serving member of the US Congress, John Dingell.
