Owner, customer of milk tea house died of alleged poisoning

A couple and the owner of ErgoCha tea house along Bustillos Street in Sampaloc, Manila were allegedly poisoned after drinking a contaminated Hokkaido Milk Tea, ABS-CBN News reports on Friday. Jonathan Bautista of the Manila Police District homicide section confirmed the identities of the victims as Suzaine Dagohoy, 28, Arnold Aydalla, 34 and William Abrigo, 57.

Suzaine and her boyfriend Arnold ordered Hokkaido Milk Tea from the said tea house. A few minutes after, the two returned to complain to William that the milk tea they bought from his store tasted different. The owner denied the claim and even took a sip to prove that there was nothing wrong.

After several moments, all three fainted and were rushed to the nearest hospital, however, Suzaine and William were declared dead on arrival. While, Arnold is still confined in the hospital and in critical condition.

Police investigators are awaiting for the autopsy results to identify the cause of death.
