NBI now knows who first uploaded the Mamasapano ‘massacre’ video

National Bureau of Investigation has already identified where the Mamasapano ‘massacre’ video came from and who uploaded it, Justice Secretary Leila M. De Lima confirms. The said video showed an armed man shooting a still alive Special Action Force troopers twice leading to his death.

De Lima added that this video will be used as evidence after authenticating it. One of the possible way of authenticating it is through the one who actually took the video.

We must know if the uploader was the one who took the video or was it a secondary source? Whoever took that video should be the one to authenticate, the justice secretary said.

“Stop calling the Mamasapano tragedy a misencounter, as it is now clear that it was a massacre as revealed by the gruesome video showing how the SAF officers were brutally executed by armed men,” Senator Chiz Escudero said after watching the said video.
