PHL among countries receiving C-23B+ from United States

United States of America will donate units of Sherpa C-23B+ to Estonia, Philippines and Djibouti – as reported by Eesti Rahvusringhääling (Estonian Public Broadcasting) a publicly funded radio and television organisation in Estonia.

The said aircraft is a twin-engined transport aircraft built by United Kingdom and was introduced in 1980s.

United States used variant of Sherpa C-23 to transport fewer cargoes and small military units in Iraq.

Sherpa C-23Bs are operated by three crews and can transport not more than 20 individuals. It can take off with a load of approximately 5,400 kilograms.
