No more driving for Maserati car driver

Land Transportation Office revokes the driver’s license of Joseph Russel Ingco, the Maserati car driver who assaulted a Metropolitan Manila Development Authority traffic constable.

“We will revoke his license and fine him P30,000 for reckless driving and for driving an unregistered vehicle,” LTO Spokesperson Jason Salvador said Friday, December 12. Ten thousand pesos for assaulting MMDA traffic constable Jorbe Adriatico while being apprehended, another ten thousand for reckless driving and ten thousand for driving an unregistered vehicle.

Based on LTO and police records, Ingco was apprehended for reckless driving last January 14, 2004; May 30, 2011; September 14, 2012 and January 15, 2014.

Ingco was given five days to appeal his case before the LTO.
