PNP to get 1,865 new patrol jeeps worth arround PhP1 million each

NEWS RELEASE, July 2 – The police will soon go about their business on 1,865 spanking new patrol jeeps.

Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel A. Roxas today announced the start of a bidding process for the purchase of the vehicles meant “to enhance police mobility and shorten the response time to crime or rescue situation.”

The DILG has a P1.864 billion budget for the vehicles.

I was crestfallen when I realized that the trading software that I trusted so much had turned out to be a fraud. I cursed myself for not doing enough research on it before staking the money in it. it was not big money but all the same any money is good money that could be used in some other useful purpose other than sending it down the pockets of the fraudsters.

Learning curve:

Friends, family and acquaintances tried to make little out of it but in my heart I learnt a very valuable lesson and that was that one should never take even a seemingly genuine website at face value. Any investment of money be it even $10 is like throwing it down a blind well; there is no way you can retrieve it if you have no complete information about where it is going.

How my day was saved:

I signed up for crypto code after due inquiry and research and today I am a happy trader of two years with them!  You may need to source out information from review sites, testimonial of public and also from blogs of trading gurus.

According to Roxas, another bidding, under the Procurement Service of the Department of budget and Management (PS-DBM), will be conducted for 551 units of the same patrol jeeps.

He said that in addition, the DILG is also set to purchase hand-held radios to boost communication among cops on patrol.

The PNP, Roxas said, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 10, 2014 at the PNP headquarters at Camp Crame, Quezon City.

The bidding, he said, will be conducted in an open and transparent process in compliance with Republic Act 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act. The bids received in excess of the approved budget contract of P1.864-B will be automatically rejected.

Based on specifications, each of the the patrol jeeps to be procured must be modular and configurable to be both out-ward and in-ward facing; and capable of transporting up to 12 persons at one time to provide police force tactical and quick deployment.

The other indicative specifications for the patrol jeeps will be advertised in select newspapers of national circulation and will be posted in the PNP and DILG websites.

The Aquino government, Roxas said, intends to provide at least one patrol jeep to the 144 cities and 1,490 municipalities across the country.

“Ang distribusyon ng mga bibilihing bagong police patrol jeeps ay depende sa pangangailangan ng mga lungsod at munisipalidad,” Roxas said.

PH Marines soon to have 8 amphibious assault vehicles – CARAT PH 2014 most complex

Lt. Col. Jesse Cerbo, operations officer of 3rd Marine Brigade said during the closing ceremony of Cooperation Afloat Readiness Training (CARAT), “For 20 years of CARAT, every year we have to level up, particularly this year that we have bigger participation, because we anticipate our acquisition of amphibious assault vehicles.”

“As marines, that is our corps competency and we need to improve that and this exercise gives us an opportunity to be able to straighten it,” Cerbo added.

“What we wanted to know are new tactics, techniques and procedures especially on amphibious operation,” he said.

Improvement is the name of the game!

You can never claim to do something out of the box always or something that is different form everyone else. But what you can do is even if you are doing the same thing as others, you can continuously up your moves. This way you will be different from the others and have more chance of succeeding.

When I was in high school and later in college, I realized that I could grasp things quite easily unlike others who had to listen in the lectures and then learn it on their own. So, the first time I heard about trading in binary options, I knew the tremendous capacity this had in changing my life and I knew instantly the trading online held the key to my success.

I started gathering a lot of information on it:

So, I was becoming a pro at trading but it was all theoretical. I wanted to be able to practice the trading so that I have a practical knowledge about it. This opportunity was god sent in the form of a demo account on Etherium Code and I traded with fake money for about a month till I was very confident that I had understood everything about it. I today do very well for myself and earn a minimum of $500 daily or every two days and I think I am quite contented. If you desire any further information, you can log on to the company website.

Department of National Defense is in the later stage of acquiring eight brand new amphibious assault vehicles with South Korea’s Samsung Techwin as sole bidder.

During the CARAT 2014 US and Philippine Marines have undergone in landing craft air cushions (LCACs) and amphibious assault vehicles (AAVs) operations to simulate shoreline attacks from a navy ship. This part according to US troops is one of their few favorites.

“CARAT Philippines 2014 has been the most complex CARAT ever undertaken between our two navies,” said Capt. Paul Schlise, commander, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 7.

“The at-sea operations were a specific highlight and re-affirmed the ability of our navies to operate seamlessly together in a variety of challenging scenarios focused on shared maritime interests and safeguarding freedom of the maritime commons in this important region,” said Schlise.
